Last updated: October 09, 2026

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) apply to the text messaging program offered by The Wilhite Law Firm (“Wilhite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive automated marketing and informational text messages from The Wilhite Law Firm. These may include firm news, updates, educational content, event information, and promotional messages related to our legal services. If you have contacted us about a legal matter, you may also receive messages about your inquiry or consultation.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in by checking the marketing consent box on a form on our website and submitting your mobile phone number. By doing so, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll it.

Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm or receiving legal services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other communications, such as email. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us using the information below.
