Richard B. Rose, born and raised in New York City, attended the University of Denver for both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor degrees.

Katie grew up in Ft. Collins, Colorado where she attended Fort Collins High School and then went to Colorado State University to pursue her Bachelors.

Benjamin Flicker is a Colorado native who has devoted his career to helping the people of Colorado fight for civil justice.

Brian Caplan is a dedicated advocate and Colorado native, born in Boulder and raised in Denver and Colorado Springs.

Miller started his legal career in 1977, after receiving his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of its Law Journal.

Domenic Nicotra is a member of the workers’ compensation team at The Wilhite Law Firm. He is committed to helping injured workers navigate the legal system with confidence, compassion, and clarity.

Drew Vicary was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2014, the Missouri Bar in 2015 and the Colorado Bar in 2018. Drew focuses his current practice on workers’ compensation claims.

Joseph grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee. There, he knew he wanted to be an attorney after reading To Kill a Mockingbird. He attended Villanova University.

Karen Johnson began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, many through trial.

Kristina Vasold was born in 1979 in Saginaw, Michigan. She grew up in Saginaw until her family decided to move to a little desert town in Nevada when she was in high school.

Laura Yeager is a proud Colorado native dedicated to helping Coloradans fight for the civil justice they deserve.

Marianella was born in 1986 in Lima, Peru. She moved to the United States in 2004, after graduating high school in Lima.

Nicole was born in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1971. She grew up in the Orlando, Florida area and graduated from high school in 1989.

Richard J. Hood brings more than 18 years of complex litigation experience to The Wilhite Law Firm, with a national practice spanning high-stakes product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts, electronic discovery, and international data privacy.

Sande Hagen is a member of the litigation team at The Wilhite Law Firm. Her cases include automobile collisions, premises liability, trucking litigation, and insurance bad faith.

Sarah Schreiber grew up in Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Sean Conrecode’s background includes significant first-chair trial experience during his time as a public defender, as well as insurance and complex civil litigation experience.

Zach Elsner was born in Akron, Ohio in 1977. He has two young sons: Eli and Arlo. Zach has four older brothers, and spent his childhood playing sports and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
