About Brian Caplan

Brian Caplan is a dedicated advocate and Colorado native, born in Boulder and raised in Denver and Colorado Springs. Though his work has taken him to NYC, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii, Colorado remains his true home.

For four years, Mr. Caplan served as a prosecutor in Arapahoe and El Paso counties, where he took immense pride in upholding justice for victims. He was committed to not only convicting the guilty but also to ensuring fair treatment for all, including rectifying cases where prosecution was unwarranted.

After leaving the prosecutor’s office, he worked as staff counsel for Allstate. This experience provided invaluable insight into the inner workings of the insurance industry, knowledge he now leverages to benefit his clients.

Since 2017, Mr. Caplan has exclusively represented individuals, fighting tirelessly to secure millions in settlements and jury verdicts.

Guided by honor, empathy, and a deep understanding of the law, Mr. Caplan is a seasoned trial attorney who understands how to win cases. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of his legal practice, Brian enjoys skiing, hiking, playing guitar, and cherishing time with his family.
