Wilhite Home Safe Rideshare Program

We win when you never need us.

Since 2006, The Wilhite Law Firm has helped Colorado residents choose a safer ride home during major holidays. Wilhite Home Safe supports practical programs that help prevent accidents and protect our communities.

This Halloween, eligible Colorado residents age 21+ can request an Uber or Lyft credit for one ride home taken Oct. 30-31.

How It Works

• Take and pay for one one-way Uber or Lyft ride home between Oct. 30 and Oct. 31.
• Save your digital receipt.
• Submit your receipt and valid ID by Nov. 13.
• Eligible submissions receive an Uber or Lyft credit. Processing may take 4-6 weeks.

Submit Your Receipt

A Few FAQs:

• Reimbursements come in the form of Uber or Lyft credits and cover a total of $20.00 of a one-way ride home during a specified holiday.
• Due to the volume of submissions, it may take 4-6 weeks for your reimbursement to arrive.
• Submissions are due via the online submission form within two weeks of the last day of the Rideshare Program.
